That’s all…for now…

So the show’s finished up for now and we’re all getting sleep, crawling back into our non-Edinburgh lives and we’ll miss this city. There’s good news to report: We’re up for this year’s NSDF and Methuen Drama – Emerging Artists’ Competition! The ceremony is tomorrow, so keep an eye out here for the results. We also got some delightful press including;
“…a joy to watch, and well worth the ticket.”
“…engaging and interesting…”
“…beautiful performances”
All from ThreeWeeks and we’ve got some great reviews including the above Stars from Fringe Review as well as;
“Sometimes you get really nice surprises at the Fringe…I came away having been both entertained and educated which is a tribute to all those involved.”
“Go along and be pleasantly surprised yourself, it’s worth a bit of a detour.”
To everyone who came and saw, supported and clapped for La Dispute - thank you so much from all the Owl Farm Team.
So please keep an ear out here for the next incarnation of La Dispute!
Opening Night

Hi all,
If you were lucky to be at the Bedlam Theatre last night you would have caught a sneak preview of La Dispute as part of the Generation Crunch’s Best of the Fringe showcase. It went off brilliantly and being able to get up in Front of you first Fringe audience has excited us all. A shout out to Lucy Jackson and Dara Gilroy for inviting us along.
We open tonight (eek!) and we’d so love to see any Edinburgh/Fringe bound folk to come along and support us – so hopefully we’ll see you at 7:30pm @ Diverse Attraction, just past the top of the Royal Mile for an hour of a brand new adaptation that sings with fast-paced dialogue, a clever story and theatrical delight!
Edinburgh – Week 1
by johnk on Aug.13, 2009, under Edinburgh 09
The whole company’s arrived and the city is buzzing – there’s tons of sunshine, ticket sales are way up from last year (they fixed the ticketing system!) and it seems due to the credit crunch everyone is ‘holidaying’ in Edinburgh this year. Come check out a sneak preview of La Dispute on Sunday 16th @ the Bedlam Theatre, 10:30pm – full details here.
If you were at Spank! (You love it!) last night at the Underbelly you would have seen one of our cast members doing the Naked Promo Minute – that’s dedication, and you can look forward to the same energy (though less nudity) when LaDispute opens on Monday @ Diverse Attractions!
Please BOOK tickets – so many shows this year are selling out and we’d hate to miss you.
Welcome

Welcome to Owl Farm’s La Dispute – after our sell-out London previews at the Soho Theatre and Old Red Lion, we’re less than a week away from the Fringe and getting really excited.
We’re still raising funds, making props and rehearsing for our new venue – the lovely Theatre space at Diverse Attractions, right on the Lawnmarket amidst all the buzz.
We’re up from the 10th, so keep an eye out for us flyering, rehearsing and promoting La Dispute!
